I am a seasoned hospitality and culinary professional with over 35 years of experience across hotels, catering, private dining, and food tours. From serving presidents to guiding Michelin chefs, my journey spans heritage cuisine, international media features, and training the next generation of food guides. As Singapore’s first licensed food tour guide and a contributor to global culinary publications, I continue to share the stories behind every dish!

– Cancellations within 72 hours: non-refundable
